
The Planetary Geology and Geophysics Undergraduate Research Program
Application Deadline: January 31, 2005
NASA provides funding for 8 weeks of summer undergraduate research for
up to 12 qualified applicants. Selected students work closely
with a NASA investigator to learn the details of research in planetary
geosciences. For more information, click on the link above.

Please note that even after submitting the electronic form, you must
still have official transcripts from your institution mailed to Mrs.
Chris Gibbons (address below). In addition, 2 academic letters of
reference will still need to be sent via snail mail to Mrs. Gibbons, or
via email to Dr. Tracy Gregg. If using email, make sure that
"PGGURP" appears in the subject heading.
Other Internship Opportunites in Planetary Geosciences
The Lunar and Planetary Institute
in Houston, Texas, offers a summer internship for undergraduates.
Their application deadline is January 21, 2005, and information can be
found here.
The Jet Propulsion
Laboratory in Pasadena, California, also has internship
opportunities for undergrads, with a wide range of research
