Solve problem 4 on page 152 of Winter (2001).  The spreadsheet that you will need to start the problem is Prob 08-4.xls.  Please turn in  only a printout of the calculations, your Harker-type plots, and your discussions.  The asnwers should be submitted to your Teaching Assistant.
